Two everyday questions

Find options that work for you.

What’s a good lunch nearby?

Compare specific restaurant meals by protein, fiber, calories, saturated fat, and sodium. Add a nutrient limit or emphasize what matters to you.

  • Dishes and restaurant addresses
  • Nutrition values and source links
  • Clear labels when nutrition is estimated or unknown
Use the meal finder

Where can I get a blood draw?

Find indexed Quest and BioReference locations near a ZIP code, with addresses and approximate distances to help you plan a visit.

  • Nearby locations in supported collection states
  • The appropriate lab network for your search
  • Distance and location-data limitations made clear
Explore lab locations

Coverage depends on our indexed locations and menus. Nutrition may be estimated; hours, availability, serving sizes, and allergy safety may be unknown. Confirm important details with the restaurant or lab.

A few things to know.

When can I connect Empirical to Muse?

The connector is in developer preview and has not yet been submitted or approved for Muse’s directory. This page describes the planned experience. You can use our meal finder and lab-location search today.

Will I need an Empirical account?

No. These two discovery tools are designed to work without signing in or linking a health account. You provide a ZIP code or location for the search, plus any meal preferences you choose.

Will Muse have access to my health records?

These tools do not access your lab results, patient records, or meal history. They search our lab-location directory and indexed restaurant menus. Search inputs are still processed by the services you use; see our privacy policy for more information.

Can it order lunch or book my blood draw?

This connector helps you find options. It does not order food, purchase tests, or book appointments. Check a restaurant’s current menu and allergy information, or a lab’s hours and appointment requirements, before visiting.
